Hydro up and running!

Paronella Park's fully restored hydro electric generator has been in operation, and supplying all of Paronella Park's electricity requirements, since December 2009!

The system works tremendously, providing both Paronella Park, and the adjoining caravan park & cabins with the energy they require to run.

The next stage of this project involves using footage shot during the restoration process to create a documentary, and creating a hydro interpretive centre.
