Their report found several important things:

The Boving & Co London Francis Bulb Turbine was found partly dismantled with the following parts on site:
Draft tube bend
Cover plate on draft tube side
Inspection plate of bulb housing
impeller
The following parts missing:
Inspection plate of draft tube bend
Pushrod from governor to actuator ring
Inline travel for introduction of pushrod to bulb casing
Stuffing box for the above
Draft tube with flange
We don’t have much information on the existing turbine apart from the brand.
It has a potential output of about 15kW with 250l/s.
This can be confirmed by the output of the generator which is rated at 25kVA (18kW)
