We visited before the cyclone and during our time in FNQ we found a wonderful hidden rarity during our travels. We took a few hours out of our life to visit history that will give us many happy future memories. Our tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Our photos from the day a priceless reminder of dreams built with love and love built with honor.

The greens, the stairs, the markers of past water levels, old taps, waterfalls, romantic chairs hidden in corners all teased our imaginations of the romance and hard work from yesteryear. A dining room became magically filled with the music and people of the bygone era and we saw how the kitchen would have been used to serve the party goers. During the day we walked, we talked, we looked then we held hands, walked up stairs, and fell back into time.

This was our favorite place and we were so much in love again on that day.
