Like most people on their first visit, we arrived not knowing what to expect. The brochure we found at our tour desk was sufficient to arouse our interest but did not, and in fact could not, fully explain the wonderful experience awaiting us. The Park provided us with an entertaining day (fine food included) as well as a history lesson on the work ethic and foresight of some of our early settlers. The hydro electric system which was set up was years ahead of its time. In addition to all of this we thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent flora and fauna that we found during our walks. we look forward to our next visit to Paronella Park.
