We jetted off on a 3 month 'round the world' trip last year between April and June 2007. 
During this time we visited many beautiful places and stayed in several beautiful countries.  The one place that has always stuck in our heads and that made our 3 month trip so amazing was Paranella park.  We always mention this to everyone that we tell about our trip and we have so many photos, what we tell them is to go and see it for themselves as the atmosphere and surroundings are un-describable!  We enjoyed every minute of the stay from start to finish.
We stayed overnight in the facilities provided and were lucky enough to experience the magical charm of the night walk.
All staff and the owners were very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the surroundings, the way that they pass on the history of the building and the people involved in making it the way it is today is spectacular.
We would love to come back and see the changes made, we have even spoken about getting married there (when the time comes around!)
They are well deserving of any award - especially a 'hidden jewel award' as this says it all.
