My wife and I arrived at Paronella park as part of a Touring holiday Aug 2006, (Not long after the hurricane).
If I am brutally honest we only went as it was a 'Free' site and not to far from the route we were using.
The 24 hours we spent at the park will stay with us both forever, We had seen the devistation the Hurricane had caused on our way to the park and can only imgine the huge effort that was made to get the park re-open. The natural beauty of the trees and waterfall was breathtaking, the buildings, garden, fountains, Tunnel and the 'Love Story' just added to what was a fantastic day. The park is unique in having all the elements together and I feel deserves as wide an audience as possible. 
While touring we recomended the park to everyone we talked to and hope one day to come back again.
