I have been meaning to write to you for some time now. Yesterday I was reminded of your beautiful piece of paradise by my children and I decided the time had come...
    With 3 young children I usually don't get much time for myself but yesterday the children were unusually quiet for a rainy Sunday afternoon. My 6 year old came to me at some stage, big smile, all excitement saying, we are playing Paronella Park!! With paper and siccors they had changed their bedroom into a magical jungle. It kept them occupied all afternoon. There are signs all around the house saying Paronella Park this way. I wanted to share this with you as I think it is a big compliment for your park and your hard work to maintain it.
    We live about an hour from Paronella Park and thanks to the system where you can use your entree ticket for a whole year we have visited the park a few times. On Mothersday I walked around the park wearing my son's self made crown , on my birthday we had a lovely picknick while watching the bats high above in the trees. We have been in the park on hot days and wet days,while it was busy and while it was quiet. We like tagging along with a tour to see our friends the microbats one more time. We feed the fish and turtles. We love the staircase because it is so high and always point out to eachother how high the floods were once upon a time...
    Whe we first visited the Park we had no idea what to expect. We walked around the park stunned to hear the story of its history, amazed to see what the jungle had done to the ruins. It truely is a hidden jewel with so much to offer for every age group.  The buildings are spectacular, the story intersting, the jungle beautiful.... It gives you a true feeling of stepping into a secret world you have stumbled accross.
    Last of all I would like to comment on the lovely staff of Paronella Park. Every one is smiling and friendly. The tour guides are easy to follow and happy to talk about everything they know. It feels like every one knows what a special place it is and can't wait to show their visitors. It makes us drive home with a smile on our faces asking ourself when shall we go again?!
    Having travelled around Australia quite extensively I believe there is nothing quite like Paronella Park. Congratiolations on such a wonderful business!
