• Manufacturing and replacement of
  • several misc bolts and gates.
  • Inspection plate

• Replacement of impeller by
  • Taking all relevant measurements of original space
  • Designing new impeller according to hydraulic calculations derived from the established parameters.
  • Manufacturing of core model
  • Manufacturing of mould
  • Casting impeller
  • Machining impeller to size required
• Replacement of bearings
• Reconditioning or replacing interior parts
• Test assembly and coating with highly durable coating on water exposed surfaces
• Reshipping back to the park
